Ball Screw Linear Actuator
TOYO’s SGTH series is an electric actuator with a servo motor which is a highly precise and efficient device commonly used for motion control in automation systems. The servo motor which is used in SGTH series provides high-precision movement with fast response times and can hold positions precisely. The servo motor operates with a control system that adjusts the motor’s position, speed, and torque based on feedback from the encoder.
These electric actuators combined with servo motors offer a powerful solution for applications requiring precision in position and motion control. Their adaptability across various industries further underscores their importance in modern automation and robotics.
Features
- Standard stroke upto 1250 mm. Extended stroke can be achieved by connecting rack gear, guideway and aluminium extrusion.
- Smooth and precise movement. Ensured repeatability of +/- 0.005 mm.
- High speed and acceleration up to 1600 mm/s.
- Maximum payload up to 110 Kg.
