Belt Type Linear Actuator
Toyo’s belt-type electric actuator is a specific type of linear motion system that employs an electric motor to drive a belt mechanism, facilitating linear movement. The actuator is powered by an electric motor to generate rotational motion. The Motor connects to a belt mechanism, belt is looped around pulleys or rollers, with one end connected to the motor shaft and the other attached to the load or carriage that needs to be moved linearly. When the motor rotates, it drives the belt, causing it to move along the pulleys or rollers. This movement is then transferred to the load, resulting in linear motion.

- Supports the stroke up to 5000mm and speed can be up to 5000mm/s
- Highest speed is based on maximum Actuator with Motor’s RPM (3000) & stepper motor’s RPM(300)
- Providing +/- 0.04 mm of repeatability
