Micro Linear Actuator
TOYO introduced a combine solution which include its CSG series mini actuator with Oriental step motor AZ series. AZ motor retain the advantages of compact size and high torque of stepper motors. When they mounted inline, can reduce length of application. CSG small actuators used when there is a space constraint. They also can be used when the force only needs to push or pull in less force.
Leveraging the characteristics of low-speed high-torque AZ motor, enables micro electric cylinders to achieve maximum load capacity and thrust. The maximum thrust can be 460N and maximum stroke is 125mm. Need of gearbox is eliminated in this type of solution.

- This type of solution comes with wide range of protocol support like EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus, CC-Link etc.
- Can maintain without opening cover. Easier greasing.
- No batteries needed for motor, Multi Loop Absolute Encoder
- Maximum Horizonal load is 20 Kg.
