Belt Actuator with Oriental Stepper Motor
TOYO CGLTB series is a combination of belt drive actuator with Oriental AZ motor. The AZ series is more suitable for long-stroke, high-speed positioning with belt-driven actuator. Step Motor utilizes an innovative hybrid control method, combining the advantages of both open-loop and closed-loop control. It continuously monitors the motor position and can automatically switch between the two control methods based on the situation.
Belt drive motorized actuator does not required gearbox. It is highly responsive / Maximum acceleration is 0.76G. After incorporating a sealed design and adding an exhaust connector, it can be used in cleanroom environments for semiconductor manufacturing.
Features
- Longest belt drive stroke i.e. 3000 mm/ 50 pitch.
- No gearbox needed.
- High speed and acceleration up to 3000 mm/s.
- AZ motor used which comes with multi-turn absolute encoder.
- Providing +/- 0.06 mm of repeatability.
- After emergency stop, it can retrieve action from stop position.
- Can support payload up to 15 Kg horizontally.
