Cast Iron Axis Stage
Toyo Cast Iron Axis Stage is a high-performing, heavy-duty machine tool platform designed for precision machining of carbon steel, highway and structural milling, and turning operations. It is equipped with leading edge technology such as automatic tool changes, high-speed CNC controllers, and real-time monitoring systems. With a lead screw travel of 120 inches, a spindle speed of 2,000 rpm, and a max bolt torque of 148,000 lbs, the Toyo Cast Iron Axis Stage is a versatile and reliable solution for a wide range of machine shop requirements.
The precision platform is precision ground and paired with extremely low SSR slide rails. Through multiple restriction structures high precision guidance is achieved.
